Route Description (Important!)
Once you reach the venue area, please turn off your navigation system.
Drive past the main entrance of the riding arena and continue to the end of the Hoofdstraat. There, turn right. Shortly after, take a slight right onto a gravel road. Follow this road alongside the A7 motorway.
This route will bring you to the rear entrance of the venue. Our volunteers will welcome you upon arrival and guide you to:

the unloading area

your designated stable
Upon arrival, horses must first be temperature checked before entering the stables.
Please unload your horse and equipment as quickly as possible, and then move your vehicle to the parking area to ensure a smooth flow of arrivals.
Exception for National Riders
(National riders not stabled in the international stables)
You may enter via the front entrance and park at the main parking area near the arena.
Your horses will be stabled inside the main venue.

Arrival Times
Tuesday:
17:00 – 19:00 (only with permission of the OC – it is no longer possible to request permission)
Wednesday:
10:00 – 14:30 for all classes except 1*, CDN, and 3*
Participants in these classes are kindly requested to arrive before 19:00
Thursday:
10:00 – 14:30

TRACES & Health Papers

If your horse requires an official veterinary check for return travel (NVWA), please request your health papers via the provided link
Deadline to request health papers: April 8
The NVWA veterinarian will be present on Friday, April 10 to inspect horses for return travel.
